Yes. With the exception of truck rentals and towed equipment, our "day" rate
refers to a 24 hour day.

am the following morning.
On metered construction equipment, you are allowed 8 clock hours per 24 hour
period or 40 hours per week.
Equipment rented for 2 or 4 hour rentals must be rented and returned same day.

business the next day.
For most party equipment, Friday to Monday is equal to one "day" rental.
What if I put more than 8 hours on your
equip. but return it within 24 hours?
You are allowed 8 clock hours on metered machines.
If you go over the 8 hours within a 24 hour period you will be charged 1/8 of

Yes. Depending on the item, our rates vary from half-day to monthly rental
periods.
On most equipment a weekly rental is equal to approximately 4 days, and a month
is equal to approximately 3 weeks.
For most party equipment, Friday to Monday is equal to one "day" rental.

the particular order and the distance to be traveled.

Picking Up & Loading Unloading / Policy
We strongly suggest that you only pick up items that you are comfortable
transporting in your personal vehicle.
Should you decide to pick up your item(s) yourself we will gladly assist you
with the loading or unloading of your vehicle however we cannot assume liability
for any damage that may occur while doing so.
Can I reserve an item?
Yes. We recommend reserving equipment ahead of time as the best way of insuring
availability when you need the equipment.
Some items such as linens, party canopies and moonwalks require a deposit for
reservation.
How far ahead must I reserve an item?
The best suggestion is to reserve what you need as soon as you know you will
need it (especially party items).
Availability varies widely day of the week, season and weather. No single time
is appropriate for everything.
What is your cancellation policy?
EQUIPMENT:
You may cancel your order any time with the exception of special orders and
scheduled deliveries.
In cases where a deposit was required to make the reservation, the deposit will
be refunded if the order is canceled within the allowed cancellation period.
Notification as soon as possible is, of course, greatly appreciated since that
will make the item available to another customer.
We would much rather have you call to cancel a rental instead of just not
showing up for it.
PARTY ITEMS:
When you make your reservation, we are holding the items out of stock for
your date. We cannot book these items while you have them reserved.
Party orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Orders cancelled up to
48 hours in advance forfeit deposit.
Orders cancelled within 48 hours of reservation date will be charged in full.
Can you set up the equipment for me?
Our quoted delivery rates do not include set up or take down. If desired,
we would be happy to make arrangements.
Arrangements must be made prior to the delivery and/or pickup, with a special
quoted charge.
I see a Damage Waiver on my contract.
What is that?
There is a 10% Damage waiver automatically applied to all rental
contracts excluding truck rentals.
With the Damage Waiver, as specified, subject to the limitations and exclusions
below, Pioneer Rentals Inc. agrees to modify the terms of this contract and
relieve you of any liability for accidental damage to the rented item(s) on this
contract, and for loss due to fire, collision, sandstorm, upset, and riot.

securely and the keys put in the key drop box.

subsequently stolen.
